The Board of Trustees has recently approved updates to the Policy and Procedures to include a Rental Policy (SL-7.0). We encourage you to review the Renters Policy carefully, as it outlines important regulations regarding property rentals, including restrictions on short-term rentals, requirements for registering long-term leases, and member responsibilities for tenant conduct. If you are currently renting your property, fees will not be due until a new lease is submitted and approved.
